Due to the personal nature of our waist trainers and shaping garments, these items must be tried on directly against or close to the body to determine proper fit. For this reason, Moore Waisted, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on garments.

This policy allows us to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unworn garment that has not been previously tried on, worn, or returned by another customer.

We strongly encourage every customer to take their measurements before placing an order and compare them with our size guide. Waist trainers are compression garments, so choosing your size based on your current measurements is the best way to help ensure a proper and comfortable fit.

Please do not assume your waist trainer size based on your normal clothing size. Take your measurements and review the size chart provided for the trainer you are purchasing before checking out.

If you are between sizes or unsure which size is right for you, please contact Moore Waisted for sizing assistance before placing your order. We are happy to help you choose the best fit based on your measurements.

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?

We understand that sometimes a garment may not fit the way you expected. Although we cannot accept the original garment back for hygiene and safety reasons, we may provide a one-time 25% off discount code toward the purchase of the same garment in a different size.

The original purchase will remain final sale. The 25% discount is offered as a courtesy and does not constitute a return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Moore Waisted as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and assist you.

Items are not eligible for replacement due to incorrect sizing selected at checkout, normal wear and tear, improper use, or failure to follow the garment's care instructions.

By completing your purchase with Moore Waisted, LLC, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our sizing information and agree to our All Sales Final Policy.
